To get started we have a list of key questions that we would like to ask you to get better equated with your project. This will help us determine the demographics, target market, styling’s, and key components to make your site run smoothly and efficiently.  A solid game plan for your business will be built before any of the design processes even start.  This makes it easier on us as well because project revisions are usually the main thing that holds up a job in the design process.  Our goal is not only to create a great end result you our client, but be efficient to do it in a timely manner where you can measure our results daily with our efforts.

Now that we have a feel of what you are looking for we can go into a little more of the design portion of the site.


Site Layout and text


This portion of building your site is about gathering all the materials needed to fully build your site. Hear is a list of things that we will need from you to begin the basic layout of your site.  This portion is very critical to your site. Your content and its placement play a huge roll in how a client will navigate your site.

We need to get copies of the content for these links.  We will take the content and style it for you on the links pages in a couple of different arrangements, and together we can come up with the best layout to navigate your sites content.  We will also need to collect the images, and concepts for animations that you would like to include in this site.  This portion of the process is collecting about collecting all the necessary building materials to implement into your site.  This process can take a while sometimes, so don’t feel rushed.  We like to start construction on your actual site when we feel that we have enough solid material to actually sit down and develop a good concept for your site.  Once we have made a couple of sample designs then we can sit down and go over even more ways to improve or make it even better.

The next portion of this process is the site sample process.  The designer and you will be in direct contact from here on out.  The designer will give you estimated completion dates on aspects of your project, and email you with where to view the progress.  You will work hand in hand with your designer threw the entire process. In fact our designers will email you with an update every single business day between 8am and 5pm pacific standard time that they are assigned to your project.  Communication is very important for you and the designer at this point in the process, we suggest coming up with a set time to collaborate daily on the sites progression. 

 

Designing and testing

 

This step is about designing your project, and testing its functionality

Now that we have come up with all the materials that we will need for your project we will construct it page by page. You’re Designer and you should decide on the order in which you will have the site constructed.  Our designer will send the each page to you for approval.  Remember that working closely together on your project makes the site construction easier, so don’t be afraid to communicate frequently.    Once the design of the site has been created then it is time to be tested for its navigation and links.  This means that we go through every square inch of your site, and look for any revisions or buttons, or glitches that need to be fixed before your site can be launched.  It is important to get a couple of people together to go through the site with you, because someone might catch something that we have missed.  After all the revisions have been made a final product is ready to be put onto the web, and your site is now open for business.
